AIKEN, SC- Funeral Services for Mrs. Stacia Leigh Stephens Mock, 43, who entered into rest on Saturday, July 28, 2012, will be held Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church with the Reverend Brancie Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in Historic Bethany Cemetery.

Born in Savannah, Georgia, Stacia was the daughter of the Reverend Brancie Stephens and Connie Yates Stephens. She attended USC Aiken and was a lifelong resident of Aiken, SC.

She was a dedicated member of Bethel Baptist Church and previously served as the youth director for the church. She also worked as the children's director for a local church. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her parents, the Reverend Brancie Stephens and Connie Yates Stephens of Aiken, SC; her husband Christopher James Mock of Aiken, SC; 2 daughters, Leah Mock (Joseph) Thomas of Aiken, SC and Bethany Kris Mock of Aiken, SC; a son, Stephen James Mock of Aiken, SC; a grandson, Jonah Levi Thomas; a brother, Conley Brancie (Renea) Stephens of Conway, SC; a nephew, Nathan (Sarah) Stephens; and a niece, Arielle Stephens.

Stacia was a homemaker and sacrificed material possessions of this world for the opportunity to spend the most time with her children and husband. She was a constant encourager and known most for her beautiful smile and contagious laugh. She is now dancing the streets of Glory with her Father in Heaven.
