Aiken-Julian Pace " Jake " Kneece, IV, 27, died Nov. 5, 2011.

Born in Aiken, Jake was a graduate of South Aiken High School, a member of Millbrook Baptist Church, a member of Aiken Young Professionals, and a part owner of Aiken County Farm Supply. Jake enjoyed being outdoors, and especially enjoyed the fellowship of family and friends. Having attended the University of South Carolina, he was an avid Gamecock fan. He loved his dogs, Lyla, Sam and Mason

Survivors include his loving father, Julian Pace Kneece, III and mother Barbara LeNoir Kneece, Aiken. Other survivors include his sister, Lindsay Kneece, Aiken, grandmother, Margie Kneece, Batesburg, SC and girl friend, Callie DeLaine Patterson.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert C. LeNoir and his paternal grandfather, Mr. J.P. Kneece, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday at Millbrook Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Eddie Leopard officiating. Interment will follow in historic Bethany Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Rakesh Jasani, Kevin Kisner, Jason McAlhaney, Jason Rabun, Brendan Robertson, Ryan Robinson, Pat Stacey, Daniel Webb, and Colin Bromley.

Honorary pallbearers will be all of his first cousins and Bobby Gauthier, Michael Kneece, Stephen Kneece, Leigh Savage, Jason Smallen, Marnee Tyrrell, Jeph Watson, Reid Watson and Zach Coker.

Memorials may be directed to SPCA, 401 Wire Rd., Aiken, SC 29801 or Aiken Heart Assoc., 1003 Hammond Rd., Aiken, SC 29803., or the USC Aiken Memorial Scholarship Fund, in memory of Julian Pace Kneece, IV.
