Thomas Steverson Elliott

AIKEN, SC – THOMAS STEVERSON ELLIOTT, 62, beloved husband of Carol Ratliff Elliott, died Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Aiken Regional Medical Centers. A native of Mishawaka, IN, Thomas was a son of the late Thamon S. and Lois Taylor Elliott.  He grew up in Columbus, MS and enlisted in the U.S. Airforce.  He retired in 1995 as SMSGT.  He moved to Aiken following his retirement. Survivors include his beloved wife, Carol; a sister, Janet Von Kanel, Caldonia, MS; two brothers, David Elliott (Sandra), Knoxville, TN, Jeffery Elliott (Nancy), Kansas City, MO. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, October 7, 2017,  at Riverside Chapel Baptist Church, 9359 Old Hwy 50 East, West Point, MS. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society (www.canger.org) or the American Lung Association (www.lung.org).
